Self Catering Flat No. 4 - Sleeps up to 2 people

This is a cosy apartment for 2 people, having a private double bedroom. The living space has a sofa with flatscreen TV with built in Freeview and DVD player. The sofa is also a bed which is suitable for a young / small child. The kitchen has everything you would need for your stay, including, a microwave, full sized cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table and chairs, radiator, ironing board and iron etc. It has it's own bathroom with a shower, hand basin and toilet. Linen for the beds, tea-towels, hot water and central heating are all provided at no extra cost. The electricity is supplied by a £1 coin metre. A car parking space is guaranteed with this apartment.

SELF CATERING FLATS IN BLACKPOOL - TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • Apartments are available on day of arrival from 2pm. Anyone arriving earlier are welcome to leave their luggage with us until the apartment is ready for them. If the apartment is ready when the guests arrive then they will be able to go straight into their apartment.
  • On day of departure guests are asked to vacate their room by 10am. This helps us to get the room ready for our next guests.
  • A deposit is required to confirm a booking, in the event of a cancellation then the deposit is non-refundable. We do offer holiday insurance, please inquire about this at time of booking. 
  • Cancellations of less than 30 days notice or failure to arrive on your chosen date without informing the reservations manager, will incur a charge equal to the total booking amount. This will be automatically taken from credit / debit card.
  • The named party on the booking will pay all damages in full and you may be asked to leave immediately. £100 will be deducted from your payment card if damages are found and then a full invoice will be sent to you following the works of repair and any variations lower than charged will be refunded.
  • All prices and information given by the telephone or via the internet, are correct at time of booking and are subject to change without prior warning.
  • We are proud of our apartments and endeavour to keep them up to a very high standard, we therefore ask that our guests leave their apartments as they would like to find them.
  • Guests are asked to be aware of our other guests and keep noise down to a minimum, anyone causing noise and disturbance will be asked to leave without a refund.
  • On-site car parking is available for every apartment, cars are left at owners risk. Management are not responsible for guests property or valuables left on the premises.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Anyone wishing to bring in visitors to the property must seek permission first from the management and the visitors must have left the property by 9pm else they will be charged for their stay.
  • There is an L2 Fire System fitted in the building, anyone found or suspected of tampering with any part of it will be asked to leave without any refund, they will also be reported to the police as this is a criminal offence.
  • THE WHOLE BUILDING IS FULLY NON-SMOKING. ANYONE FOUND OR SUSPECTED OF SMOKING WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND AND WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR RE-SANITISATION OF THE APARTMENT. THIS CAN COST UP TO £175.
