This apartment sleeps up to 5 people and is at street level. It has a seperate bedroom with a double and a single bed, there is a lounge area with a sofa that makes into a double bed. It has a kitchen that is fully equipped for everyday needs including a colour TV with Freeview, a microwave, full sized cooker, fridge freezer, dining table and chairs, radiator, ironing board and iron, etc. The bathroom has a hand basin, shower and toilet. Linen for the beds, tea-towels, hot water and central heating are all provided at no extra cost. The electricity is supplied by a £1 coin metre. A car parking space is guaranteed with this apartment.

This is one of the biggest apartments sleeping up to 6 people. It is very generously sized offering you a private double bedroom with wardrobes and drawer space, a seperate kitchen which is fully equipped for everyday needs including a microwave, full sized cooker, fridge freezer, dining table and chairs, radiator, ironing board and iron, etc. The bathroom is well sized and has a hand basin, shower and toilet. The living room has a colour TV with Freeview and has two sofas which both fold down to become double beds. Linen for the beds, tea-towels, hot water and central heating are all provided at no extra cost. The electricity is supplied by a £1 coin metre. A car parking space is guaranteed with this apartment.

This is one of the biggest apartments sleeping up to 6 people. SELF CATERING FLAT IN BLACKPOOL - TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • Apartments are available on day of arrival from 2pm. Anyone arriving earlier are welcome to leave their luggage with us until the apartment is ready for them. If the apartment is ready when the guests arrive then they will be able to go straight into their apartment.
  • On day of departure guests are asked to vacate their room by 10am. This helps us to get the room ready for our next guests.
  • We are proud of our apartments and endeavour to keep them up to a very high standard, we therefore ask that our guests leave their apartments as they would like to find them.
  • Guests are asked to be aware of our other guests and keep noise down to a minimum, anyone causing noise and disturbance will be asked to leave without a refund.
  • A deposit is required to confirm a booking, in the event of a cancellation then the deposit is non-refundable. We offer holiday insurance, please inquire about this at time of booking.
  • On-site car parking is available for every apartment, cars are left at owners risk. Management are not responsible for guests property or valuables left on the premises.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Anyone wishing to bring in visitors to the property must seek permission first from the management and the visitors must have left the property by 9pm else they will be charged for their stay.
  • There is an L2 Fire System fitted in the building, anyone found or suspected of tampering with any part of it will be asked to leave without any refund, they will also be reported to the police as this is a criminal offence.
  • Anyone who books an apartment but fails to turn up without giving 24 hours notice will still have to pay the remainder of their balance in full.
  • THE WHOLE BUILDING IS FULLY NON-SMOKING. ANYONE FOUND OR SUSPECTED OF SMOKING WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND AND WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR RE-SANITISATION OF THE APARTMENT. THIS CAN COST UP TO £175.
