The bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet. Linen for the beds, tea-towels, hot water and central heating are all provided at no extra cost. The electricity is supplied by a £1 coin metre. A car parking space is guaranteed with this apartment.

You will find apartment 3 at the front of the building giving you a lovely view of the street outside. It sleeps up to 4 people, boasting it's own private bedroom with a king size bed that splits into twin beds as required, plus wardobe and drawer space, a seperate bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet. In the living room is a sofa that pulls out into a double bed, the kitchen is fully equipped for daily living including a colour TV with Freeview, a microwave, full sized cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table and chairs, radiator, ironing board and iron, etc. Linen for the beds, tea-towels, hot water and central heating are all provided at no extra cost. A lovely apartment on the top floor looking out over the street even giving you a sea view! It sleeps up to 4 people having a private bedroom  that boasts a new king size bed, a bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet, a living room with a sofa that makes a double bed and a kitchen area. The king size bed can be split in to two singles giving you a twin room. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including, a microwave, full sized cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table and chairs, radiator, ironing board and iron etc. Linen for the beds, tea-towels, hot water and central heating are all provided at no extra cost. The electricity is supplied by a £1 coin metre. A car parking space is guaranteed with this apartment.

SELF CATERING FLAT IN BLACKPOOL - TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • Apartments are available on day of arrival from 2pm. Anyone arriving earlier are welcome to leave their luggage with us until the apartment is ready for them. If the apartment is ready when the guests arrive then they will be able to go straight into their apartment.
  • On day of departure guests are asked to vacate their room by 10am. This helps us to get the room ready for our next guests.
  • We are proud of our apartments and endeavour to keep them up to a very high standard, we therefore ask that our guests leave their apartments as they would like to find them.
  • Guests are asked to be aware of our other guests and keep noise down to a minimum, anyone causing noise and disturbance will be asked to leave without a refund.
  • A deposit is required to confirm a booking, in the event of a cancellation then the deposit is non-refundable. We offer holiday insurance, please inquire about this at time of booking.
  • On-site car parking is available for every apartment, cars are left at owners risk. Management are not responsible for guests property or valuables left on the premises.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Anyone wishing to bring in visitors to the property must seek permission first from the management and the visitors must have left the property by 9pm else they will be charged for their stay.
  • Anyone who has booked an apartment but fails to turn up without giving a minimum of 24 hours to notice will have to pay the remainder of their balance in full.
  • There is an L2 Fire System fitted in the building, anyone found or suspected of tampering with any part of it will be asked to leave without any refund, they will also be reported to the police as this is a criminal offence.
  • THE WHOLE BUILDING IS FULLY NON-SMOKING. ANYONE FOUND OR SUSPECTED OF SMOKING WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND AND WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR RE-SANITISATION OF THE APARTMENT. THIS CAN COST UP TO £175.
